Notice of Public Hearing to Annex
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Waller, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND BEING 87.739 ACRE TRACT, MORE OR LESS SITUATED IN THE GEORGE A. DENNETT SURVEY, ABSTRACT 123, WALLER COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING THE SAME TRACT OF LAND CALLED 87.823 ACRES AND DESCRIBED IN THE DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 435, PAGE 677 OF THE DEED RECORDS, WALLER COUNTY, TEXAS; SAVE AND EXCEPT A 6.524 ACRE TRACT AND A 15.8568 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN THE GEORGE A. DENNETT SURVEY, ABSTRACT 123, WALLER COUNTY, TEXAS; AND
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND BEING A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINING A 15.8568 ACRE TRACT, MORE OR LESS, SITUATED IN THE GEORGE A. DENNETT SURVEY, ABSTRACT 123, WALLER COUNTY, TEXAS.
A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Waller, Texas on the 18th day of August, 2025 at 6 o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber of the Waller City Office of the City of Waller, Texas, located at 1218 Farr St., Waller, Texas 77484, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
